We met at her church lol. So one day my parents dragged me and my siblings to one thanksgiving service of a family friend. I didn’t want to go because obviously, i don’t really believe in the big guy upstairs or the fanatics and display of ‘christianity’. But on this day, I went and saw this fine babe. She was singing in the choir, and all I could think of was how pretty her eyes and lips were.
Believe it or not, I started attending some services of that church to get her attention like a stalker. I finally got the opportunity to talk to her when I pretended to drop my phone while passing by her. She picked it up and gave it back to me and as a sharp guy, I introduced myself and told her how the choir always ministers to me, and I gave my life to Christ because of their songs.
Anyway, after going back there a lot and convincing her that I was the brother in Christ she needed, we started dating and it’s been eight months now. Don’t ask me how I’ve hid my atheism because me sef I don’t know. I pretend to pray and fast with her, and attend some church events too. I’m ashamed of myself lowkey but I feel like she’s the love of my life. We have the best conversations and sex, and I feel safe with her, like with my emotions and insecurities.
But lately, I’ve been feeling guilty because I feel like I want to marry her. She makes me so happy and I’m at peace everyday. Should i tell her or just keep quiet cause we’re deep into this relationship.
